Had a flat tire on 75N at 12:30 in the morning in West Chester. Not wanting to change a tire on the interstate at night, I called Barnes and they came promptly and towed my car to a nearby tire shop. The driver also let me and my family drive ahead in our other car (while he hooked up the car to be towed) so as to get us off the side of the road asap.

Barnes has always given us great service at a great price. Not many "small town" type shops left in the world but this is one of them. I'd always rather give business to hometown shops than big corporate chains any day but Barnes definitely earns my business by just being really good. Thanks for the great service. I called to have my car towed today. The gentleman on the phone was extremely courteous and professional. He gave me a time frame when someone could come and the worker came out with the tow truck at the expected time. The worker used his knowledge and experience to actually get the car started. He was courteous and professional as well. From my experience, I would definitely recommend them to others.
